Fraud or for real

Has anyone receive a buying offer from a Jerry Rich (jerry_rich200061@yahoo.com) This guys emails are just a little strange. Grammer not that good and he asked if I had anything else for sale. Never has mentioned what I'm selling by what it is he just calls it the item. -
