I have had 3 people contact me about my widescreen tv, wanting to come out and see it, etc. They never show up or call or even email to say they changed their minds or whatever. Same situation with a few other items I have had. I think it is very rude to contact someone, sound really interested in what they are selling and never show up, call, etc. Why they waste other people's time is beyond me. Think how you would like it if that was done to you. Please don't contact sellers if you are not REALLY serious about their item (s). |

muffindog: Sometimes it is o.k. to change your mind. Depending on the item, the cost is a major deciding factor and realize that they can't take on the financial burden that they once thought they could. Nothing to get upset about... my $.02 |

It is still rude not to let a seller know you changed your mind. People from out of town call about an item and then tell you they will call or come at a certain time on the weekend. Then you sit there wasting your time waiting on someone who doesn't show up or call to say sorry, but I changed my mind. I had one person ask me not to sell one of my items to anyone else as they were serious about buying it. Sure, that is why I still have that item. |
